Ok - Tower Technician Dynamic Construction Employee Review

Solid group of highly talented employees

Seemingly impossible to move up in the company.

There are so few pros to this company that if you want to just scrape by with either freezing to death 100 feet above the ground, or blistering hot sun with no relief, except a few hand warmers that the company only gives you 10 of each year. Then no, to me, there aren't any pros.

Dynamic Construction has NO Advancement opportunities. The administration has no interest in growing; They're all waiting for retirement while writing themselves fat checks and giving the employees the bare minimum pay. They don't care how you can improve things at the company. But this Stone age, once vibrant company, has sunk into a rut that the Old Timers do not see a way out of. Their receptionist has to work two jobs to get by, and she hasn't seen a raise in over five years. But they take company trips to Florida twice a year. They do not hire people of color! Their managers, foremen, and other employees use racially derogatory terms.
