      Most office staff is very nice, team-players and extremely hard working.

      Cons

      They hire felons with drug dealing convictions to be in charge of HR; lack of or little standards and procedures, employees prevented to perform efficiently and accomplish goals.

      -Great culture -Pay & Benefits -Front office will support the adjusters and help them -Management values their employees and I enjoy working with the executive team - You can basically be your own boss without the stress of running a business. - Work from home. -Or travel if you want to be a field adjuster.
