One of the things I LOVE about this company is how structured and helpful the training program is. I had no prior experience before starting with Dynamic Business Solutions but after the training process, I've never felt more confident. I'm excited to see how quickly I can reach my goals and continue to climb the ladder!
The atmosphere and environment here is so energetic, its contagious! I, actually, get excited to wake up and go to work. Everyone treats each other like family. We all want each other to succeed and you don't see that at very many work environments.
One of my favorite things to do with my company is our outside of work activities! We always find fun things to do around the Tulsa area. Family and friends are always invited! We've done anything and everything you can think of including paint balling, dodgeball, pool tournaments, and golfing!
Cons
Hard work comes with the fast advancement. If you're looking for something easy just to get you by, this wouldn't be a position for you. Work hard, play harder!
