Pros
Great workplace, and great product idea. Diverse community of employees.
Cons
Bad Upper and lower management. Bad top chain decisions. Heading into bad direction. If only they would concentrate in what they had and promoted and sell that. But they are always evolving, never leaving enough room for sales to gather.
