Pros

Amazing team, great colleagues, good communication, relaxed atmosphere in the office between CS colleagues.

Cons

The company is cheap. They are trying to cut the costs in every way. Like it's not enough that Serbian labor is the cheapest in their network, but even with that, they are not open for giving more money to employees, e.g. for some perks and benefits, such as Fitpass (membership for access sport facilities in Serbia). Salary could be higher. The management is not professional. Typical dictatorship with use of power-trip. This is an online job which can be done remotely, from home, but they are pushing the employees to work from the office. There is no air conditioning in the office, and during summer period is so hot in the office, that is unbearable, you can't normally breathe. Since the local management showed a lack of understanding, common sense and goodwill for employees, I wouldn't recommend this company.

Pros

The CS teams where connected and strong, this took time of course and was created by all members coming together and talking over slack channels and meetings. Some issues with things here and there but what team doesn't.

Cons

The higher ups, From CEO to VPs, they never cared about the CS department and there for all our concerns and issues where brushed off. Including when the whole team kept telling them that customers are going to hate this change and people come to us due to being different than the others, they didn't listen, launched and within 2 hours had to come up with an option for it to be up to the customer due to the bad feedback. Had they listened, we would never had the customers upset. Also lower pay than most out there.
