At the time of interview, HR explained the job description and hired me for Desktop Support, however the work is entirely different from what they informed, when I asked the reason they said this is also part of the job role and after that they didn’t response properly. In my first day of job, no proper join formalities happened and no job trainings or proper guidance for fresher’s. Later on they started treating people very badly, spoke abusive languages on people. As a fresher I felt very bad and feel very low. This is not the fair way of treating people. We came for a job; we are not a slave to them. I tried reaching HR to raise my concern. However, no response from HR. Is that HR only speaks at the time of interview process. They are naming them as corporate, am confused this is how peoples treated in corporate.
