Pros
Some good coworkers who try to support each other
Cons
This used to be a great company to work for, but things have changed. Since the new HR leadership came in, the culture has become toxic. There is a lot of back-stabbing and favoritism, and leadership seems out of touch with what is actually happening in the company. The current direction continues even though morale across the company has declined. HR talks about caring about employees, but many workers feel the opposite. The attendance point system is unfair and inconsistent at best, which has created even more frustration among employees. If you are part of the inner circle, you’ll likely be protected and promoted. If you’re not, your job can feel unstable no matter how hard you work or what results you deliver. Morale is low and many good employees have already left or are trying to leave. Unfortunately, the parent company supports the current direction, so it’s hard to see things improving anytime soon. If you’re considering working here, ask a lot of questions before accepting an offer, and have a backup plan.
