Founded by some incredibly down-to-earth ex-managers of an Inc 500 company, the agency is built on real experience and a passion for marketing. In my time as a strategist here, I felt valued and supported from day one. The leadership team is all about open doors and open minds, creating an environment where ideas flow freely and everyone’s voice is heard. It's refreshing to work somewhere that combines the drive of a start-up with the wisdom of industry veterans. What stands out most is the agency's commitment to its people. I grew so much professionally, thanks to the chance to work on a variety of projects. Plus, the collaborative spirit here is awesome. Everyone is constantly learning from each other, and having a good time along the way. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, contribute to client campaigns, and feel like part of a close-knit team, this is it. I’m leaving with more skills, great memories, and new amazing friendships. Solid five stars from me.

Dymic is not a massive-sized agency (yet) with all the playbooks ready to go, like you might find working at a big company like Google. Still, they're growing and actively making them along the way. So if you're looking for a super-structured company to work at, there might be a more suited place out there for you. But if you want to be part of the journey and are the type of person who likes to 'grab the bull by the horns', this can be an exciting place to work!

What's great about working at Dymic Digital is the fact the we get to deal with business owners that need our help. This is the kind of work environment where you have to want to be successful and wish that on the businesses we connect with. We get plenty of incentives, spiffs, and engage in office contests. The office and break room is always stocked with food and drinks for break, the Warner Center Towers are a great place to be at, and its very laid back here. Make no mistake though, you have to be willing to hustle.

Like any other company that does marketing, sometimes you have to get an earful from secretaries and owners that don't always fully understand that we are in the business of getting them to a better place online to get clients. People biting your hand when you're trying to help them does get frustrating.
