Pros
Flexible working environment and friendly people. For work-life balance here is pretty good.
Cons
1. Conflict of interest. Bad culture. Negative aura. 2. HR team pretty bad. Always not around to talk. Always approach the higher management needs more. 3. No trust. What we are entitled for not fully given. Need to give 10 reason before we officially receive it. 4. Every month profit sharing and every month the same comment. Restricted to expand but when problem raise, will be questioned why didn't we do it before. 5. Even among own department feels like having a competition just to get promoted. Even being promoted the amount receive not much different. 6. Low pay rate for lower rank employee. Increment too little. Benefited the higher position more. 7. Higher management very restricted, never listen to others opinion. Very hard to communicate. Doesn't appreciate the hard work, always look at profit and problem more than hard work.
