Pros
Very slowly bringing in smarter, more professional people. Quality products.
Cons
CEO is a bully. Disrespects and mistreats his team, micromanages down to the smallest details. Very bad for morale, impossible for professional growth. HR is a joke, and salaries are below market. Private equity ownership means bare bones everything and chronically under-resourced.
