Pros

There is a genuine enthusiasm and involvement from leaders at this organization. They do some very innovative work and are constantly developing new technologies and innovative solutions to problems. They consider work/life balance to be important, but expectations are high and that importance is diminished in crisis.

Cons

There is a tremendous amount of micromanagement and communication is poor at best. The same problems are rehashed and never solved. A tedious and repetitive quality control system is used. Whenever a mistake is made the system is expanded, even if that's not the problem. The sales team calls the shots and every project is a rush. Engineers keep their mouths shut and the resulting design mentality is "let's try it and see if it works". Customers often pay the price. Managers are quick to blame and slow to listen and coach, especially when an engineer can be singled out as the problem.

Pros

It was close to home flexible hours

Cons

Bait and switch on job . I was hired as a machinist however they shoved me on a press brake . apparently the normal operator got injured so I was "just filling in" till he came back. I worked 2 weeks never late did overtime well apparently the guy was coming back so they quote" are heading in a different position and I wasn't needed anymore " so basically I lost out on better positions . this place was a major waste of time no job stability whatsoever so my advice is run the other way they will bait n switch and throw you to the curb
