      Good product, but management sucks.

      Cons

      Management does not know direction that they are taking. A lot of nonsense reports. The owner is a dictator, only please him. watch out if you have payment due. They will make you sweat to get that.

      Redundant reports to Satisfy owner. Nobody is trusted. Leadership is nonexistent.
