Pros
The C1 technology is one of the best in industry and enzymes had a lot of promise. The sale to DuPont was big win for the employees and technology platform.
Cons
The company was under resourced and did not invest enough in research and development and sales and marketing. There were some good managers, but lack of money made progress difficult.
