terrible incentive deduct $100 every week and all cost into car before net out the profit for u to share. lots of driving even after hours. After hours work time not compensated accordingly. Low ball al the car prices and hard to close any deal. When u in front of customer ask u to pullback. no career advancement just constant rejection and pressure and suffering.
