Unclear role responsibilities, Inexperienced Leadership/Management team, underpaid and difficult to get a promotion/raise, team NPS is very low and even though leadership is aware, they don't do anything/listen to their team, if you give feedback to leadership or your Teritory Manager, you will be placed on a Performance Management Plan, Teritory Managers don't understand the day to day of their CSMs and don't know the SOPs, lack of coverage while you are on PTO.
If you do get laid off , which the company has quietly done multiple times to be "conservative", you can't negotiate your severance pay/ separation agreement because their People Ops' team WILL NOT respond to your outreach for two weeks and when they do, they will tell you nothing can be changed. Myself and a team member who was also laid off at the same time had to wait A MONTH AND A HALF to receive our severance and when we did, it was less than half of what we were given. It's very suspicious to be laid off 3 months ahead of your stock options being fully vested when you've been told multiple times this decision was not performance based.
