Pros
I've been in the industry for a decade and worked at many different sized companies and dutchie takes the cake on the best culture & team, most challenging problems, best product & tech, and greatest overall reward. Dutchie is great with the remote culture, and the success is insane to watch. I'll be sticking around to ride this rocket ship as long as possible. I can't see where we go from here.
Cons
Many companies say they are fast paced, but dutchie really is. It's not for the faint of heart or people that like to coast and take it easy. It's certainly not a death march and we do great with work/life balance, but the momentum can be a lot sometimes. If you are good with time management and like not being bored, this isn't a con. The benefits could be better, but I expect that to happen with continued growth and success.
