      There is great work life balance.

      Pay is too low. They should be paying people more. Support staff does a lot to make sure the school runs smoothly.

      I was an Adult English tutor, working some nights and days, 3 days a week. Very hands off approach - trusted quality and value I brought to the team.

      I wish it were full-time. They did everything they could to bring me more hours.
