Blindsided with Terminated without Reason - Anonymous employee Dutch Bros. Employee Review

Company values and creed are just words on a wall. I was unexpectedly terminated within 30 days of starting for "lack of performance and not meeting expectations of leadership". They also "didn't think I would be successful in the role", this is all without having a performance review or conversation letting me know I was not meeting their expectations. While this was their reasoning, it was not true as I was fully performing my job responsibilities as I ramped up to get to know the business. When I asked for specifics, I got the same generic answer that I was not performing. Prepare to get terminated and not know why. For a company who says its employees are family and they want success for everyone, you'll always be just another number.
