      Pros

      Substantial benefits with competitive salaries. Friendly working environment located in a beautiful neighborhood populated with like minded individuals. There is room for growth as you start off engaging in projects suited to your skill set. As you become more comfortable and confident with the workload, you will start to take on more prominent roles in the construction phases. Employees are very friendly and eager to assist with any troubles. Office space is relatively new with a nice open space.

      Cons

      You will feel pressured at times usually as deadlines approach, but this is something that comes and goes in this field of work.

      - Great team, exciting projects, hybrid work set up & no time to get bored. - A very collaborative environment with strong internal communication. - Lots to learn and room for growth.

      Pros

      Lots of responsibilities and some great, award-winning projects. Many of the projects got media coverage or won awards and that was fun to work on. New team is AWESOME.

      Cons

      This is my second time at Durukan Design. I worked there several years prior and there were some employees (now gone) that made the work environment really bad. They didn't work, there were lots of he said/she said and day-to-day work stress caused by some bad employees. This time around it's much better. The team is all great. Working there can be challenging (what client-focused design company isn't???), but it's a fun, caring team doing great work.
