      Great people, hardworking, have the ability to progress under the right management team, CEO is a great person who does right by people who work hard for the company. Ability to make changes and be heard.

      Cons

      Middle management team is a good ole boys club, but always at odds with each other. Very little coaching or mentoring if it doesn't benefit them in any way

      Strong financial position, great technology, talented workforce, flexibility encouraged, individual development planning, start-of-the-art headquarters building with lots of modern amenities

      for remote positions such as field technicians, you may need to be creative/open to different ideas to identify suitable growth opportunities
