Pros
Great benefits including medical, PTO and company paid holidays. Company has moved towards recognizing employees for their skills and not their friendships in the office. Qualified management team in place. Employees care about the company and work together well. There is flexibility within the office. The management team is approachable.
Cons
Still repairing customer relationships that had gone sour previously. Ecoclean is putting quality and customer focus at the forefront which is helping to keep things turned around and on the right path. This will help win over customers. The company makes a strong product, they just need to continue to work on the customer relationship.
