Dear Former Colleague: Your assessment very accurately describes the situation that I encountered when I started at Ecoclean at the end of 2013. Your recommendations are spot on and we have implemented several of the measures that you described. The old guard is gone. The complete management team (CEO, CFO, EMT and department managers) had to be replaced. We have been able to hire capable and qualified managers who now run the organization based on merit and competence rather than personal relationships. The company also has a new focus on cleaning and surface processing, successfully leveraging the advanced technologies that are being developed in Germany. After some difficult years the company is now in better shape than it has been in the past 15 years. I believe it is fair to say that Ecoclean today is a completely different company from the Ecoclean that you experienced. Best regards, Andreas Reger
