Pros
The department I worked in was like a family. I didn't mind going to work and everyone was helpful when learning new things. The pay was good and work schedules were flexible, especially for appointments and such. There are many opportunities to prove yourself and advance.
Cons
Benefits aren't great. For years there wasn't any match for 401k. Now there is a match but it's not as much as other companies in the area do. Some of the practices lately are dishonest which is part of why I left. Some newer members of management don't seem to know how to manage people and long term employees are leaving because of them.
