Management - ECommerce Manager Durasafe Employee Review

I have been working in Durasafe for 6 years since 2016 and recently been promoted as Retail Ecommerce Manager with a pay raise in the midst of COVID19 The bosses appreciate my commitment and hard work spending 4 hours daily commuting from Woodland to Tampines and reinventing my role from Retail into eCommerce My career has grown exponentially with the guidance of the management to work independently & expanding company focus on digitalization, RFID & overseas expansion Prior COVID like everyone else including myself goes on our yearly overseas holiday as work life balance And trading a broken down car to the same Volvo brand that my boss been driving for the last 20years is considered a necessity With more than 80% of Durasafe staff that had been with the company for more than 10years, the bosses has no intention to sell just because of a disgruntle underperformed ex-employee who is failing his KPI resulting in pay-cut For proof of this post please feel free to see Durasafe facebook
