Great before PE - Inside Sales Representative Durante Rentals Employee Review

This position is great to learn inside sales and earn experience in the rental/construction industry. You have the opportunity to speak to many different construction companies throughout the Tri-State Area and work with an amazing internal team. I would highly recommend this position to someone looking to grow and learn within a company that is rapidly growing. This is not a high-pressure job and you will always have support from your team members to help you carry out deals or whatever you need to make a close. Business owners and project managers rely on you to help them solve their problems which makes this position extremely important and exciting.

It is hard to list any cons for this role because I enjoyed showing up every day to work as a coordinator and engaging with the Durante Rentals team. There are no cons to working in this role, if you work hard, learn, and focus on accuracy you will find this position very rewarding.

Durante is a growing company, it does not have 30+ years of foundation underneath it. That's what make working here so great! It is not a perfect company but every company has its downfalls and right now the largest issues are the ones we as a team get to create for our future!!
