Pros
I learned a loot of new things out of the box which improves my technical skills and team work together in the same project without any conflicts, the clear way to work, so many challenges out of the box, team management, leaders guidelines, worked with 10+ years of experienced peoples.
Cons
I was working in India office but project was US Client based so late night working, Project issue ticket raised and sometimes we needs to fix this on urgent basis late night.
