Stressful too much expected from management. Not enough incentive for the money

I joined back in November 2020 and was made to feel part of the furniture almost immediately. Dunmow have a real passion and drive for success and after working in the big corporate environments for many years, I have learned the true value of working for a company with strong family roots who recognise the hard work of its employees. The owners are friendly and never too busy to have a chat and you get a real sense of belonging when your peers take a genuine interest in your home and work life. When needed, everyone knuckles down to get the job done, but the office banter and social element to the company is what has made me want to stay here long term. Never looked back since joining, and hope to spend many years as part of the Dunmow family.

Its the waste industry. Some days you get dirtier than others, but working in the waste industry you accept that it comes with the job.
