      decent pay, somewhat decent benefits

      Cons

      Continually pushes people to work overtime. Do not adequately train on safety. If you get injured on the job do not expect them to stand by you.

      Pros

      Decent pay, good work/life balance. OK benefits, options for lateral movement with other subsidiaries.

      Cons

      Old guard mentality, senior operators spend more time trying to protect their interests rather than teach new to be operators how to operate. Management turns a blind eye to inherent problems that are a top down issue. All for one attitude and self entitlement. Often times diminished, ignored and/or dismissed.
