Boss is very shy, he won’t communicate with you directly, will always have a mediator to tell you important things Toxic management No proper SOPs, poor leads management Boss thinks he is Stalin by firing people on the spot Lots of fear mongering and no work life balance, you have no basic but expected to work 6 days a week. If you end up falling sick due to overworking, be prepared to be told by boss that you’re taking too much MC. Unprofessional management, instead of talking to you, they will isolate you. None of your hard work will be appreciated Unrealistic expectation, you’re given no time to learn and grow. Most dramatic company I have ever been in my life.
