      Pros

      Great environment, friendly staff. Loved the fast pace and the customers. Worked in the morning and never had a dull moment.

      Cons

      Management was over the top. very stressful to work under them. Very little freedom to interact with guests. Underpaid.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
