      Pros

      Free donuts, but other than that pretty much everything else is horrid.

      Cons

      Everything else. They expect you to put the job before everything else. I only missed one day of work, I was in a car accident on my way to work, came straight from the hospital with a note saying I could not work, manager told me they would put the job listing back up, and if I missed work again I would be fired.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
