      Employee Turnover is not as stable as most people would like to think that in turn forces management to take drastic measures which ultimately affect productivity.

      I like the actual job itself, the work is pretty enjoyable as far as fast food goes.

      Cons

      It's a minimum wage fast food job, there are pretty much no raises, there is a high turnover.
