If you can't keep up, I'm sorry you won't like this job at all (either get good at it or find a different line of work). You need a thick skin, especially dealing with people in the morning. Most people (customers and employees) are not morning people. It does get demanding especially during the morning rush. If you want hours they will give you hours. You need a flexible schedule? Dunkin can do that too. Some Dunkin stores still do tips, Tips are only really worth it at a high volume restaurant. The job overall is fun, the employees depending if you all vibe or not is worth it. Kind of a family away from your other family. Great place to learn new or improve skills between customers and employees.
