Pros

work 5+ days a week as part time. only let me work 6 hours a day. get up at 5:15 every day. get paid min wage. 15 min or less break for 6 hr shift. gets really busy in mourning and work the drive thru by myself. i have to make every drink order that comes thru by myself which calls for running around the whole store. been there 4 months know peoples orders before they come in and do more work then im asked and have still not gotten a raise. constently badgering me to work weekends even when i work 5 days a week. only have 1 day off in 12 days. but they keep you under over time by cutting your hours. employees talk about you alot in a deferent langue. the job is fun at points the customers are nice and you get to know them well. employees are nice as well. we pull in at least 2k in 6 hrs, alot of the times more. but i still get paid min. wage. employees that handle food dont wear gloves ever. and never wash there hands. if orders are wrong we are told to dump out coffee and reuse the cups.

Cons

pay, employees, workload. employees need to wear gloves. to much work load for one person to handle. have to work 6 days a week as "part time"

Pros

Every once in a while you are granted a 15 minute break

Cons

There are significant concerns regarding management’s leadership and communication practices. Employees often receive criticism in a manner that feels disrespectful rather than constructive, and support from management is limited despite high expectations placed on staff. Professional boundaries are also a concern, as discussions between management and employees about employees occur inappropriately among coworkers. Greater emphasis on respectful communication, employee support, and professionalism would help foster a more positive workplace culture. They also promise pay, after employees were not paid correctly management basically state “too bad I can’t fix it” even though that is illegal in the state of VA.
