Pros
Great people with great attitudes despite the conditions, many of the people i worked with were great at their jobs, and never had arguments or problems with them. They were some of the greatest people i have every worked with.
Cons
Everything about the job is tedious and they dont value your skills, they tell you what to do and thats what your going to be doing for years till they find something new for you to do.
