      Pros

      Sometimes free food. The pay is reasonable.

      Cons

      Managers don’t train and just throw you in. Horrible at making schedules and cut people’s hours to save company money. Checks never come on time and don’t offer direct deposit. There’s so much Corruption with managers and it make it hard to speak up bc they blackmail you indirectly.

      Working at Dunkin is fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented. Great coworkers, flexible hours, and a steady flow of energy make each shift enjoyable

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
