      Pros

      Pretty much the only good thing I can say about this place is we got free coffee and tea along with a 50% employee meal discount

      Cons

      Management was terrible, no breaks (despite it being the law here in California) understaffed, coworkers always calling out, customers were constantly being rude especially in drive thru, pay is terrible

      Working at Dunkin is fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented. Great coworkers, flexible hours, and a steady flow of energy make each shift enjoyable

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
