      If you can prove to the upper management that you are a good employee, it is very easy to move up in the company.

      Cons

      Most employees suck, and you deal with a lot of annoying customers. Patience is key at this job.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
