      Pros

      You build relationships with coworkers and customers. I also love all the dogs that come through the drive-thru, they're always really cute.

      Cons

      No breaks and you have to work long hours, at least 6-10, along with getting called in on days off.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
