      Individual-oriented management who do everything they can to help you succeed.

      Cons

      It's still fast food, and if you're short on the shift, you're short on the shift.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
