      If you are competent, the work should be easy.

      Cons

      Refused to give anyone full-time. Would schedule me 39 hours a week to cut benefits. Got promoted to "Shift Lead" with a $0.50 raise & 20 new responsibilities...

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
