      Pros

      Good company to work for. There is room for advancement. Managers are very personable and fun to work with.

      Cons

      A lot of employees miss shifts or don't show up for work again. The uniform can get hot in the summer. The benefits are not that great for employees.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
