Pros
Of course this depends on where you work, but coworkers seem to be very nice at all the stores within our network. We have tons of regular customers so they are entertaining and bring light to awful moments with terrible people. However you do learn to deal with these kinds of people which may be helpful for the future.
Cons
Customers. Dealing with the public is generally awful, customers can be your worst nightmare. The pay is very minimal and as a college student just trying to make some extra money it's fine, but don't stay here long if you actually have bills to pay. $8 an hour is nothing. I work 40+ hours a week full time during the semester but 60+ during breaks from school and my checks still don't always cover everything I need them to.
