      great for first job experience, everyone should have a service job at least once in their life. super fun & easy, the day goes by fast esp during rush hours. great regulars that tip, perks of custom food/drinks.

      Cons

      early hours, occasional corporate micro management.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
