      Day shift moves fast and time goes quick and is fully staffed.

      Cons

      Night shift is always short handed and has the most to do such as all detailed cleaning and stocking from day shift.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
