Pros
VERY loyal. Good people that run the company for the most part. Easy going environment, can be a real fun place to work.
Cons
The distribution center needs a major overhaul. DC heads ignore stores' needs and constructive criticism. Trucks rarely showed up on-time in 2014/15. Upper management seemed to work based on promises/favorites rather than people who actually earned the opportunity or had the years put in at the company.
