- flexible to work around school or uni timetables - great PLC company, really looks after staff - great education into seeing how a large super market operates whilst having a chance to progress if one chooses to do so
Cons
-at times older members of staff can be valued higher - expectations of part timers to keep up to date with the store can be high as the store changes often.
