      Flexible shifts, good customers most of the time, great in diversity and Inclusion, current work coach is great she balances everything, amazing discounts you can find sometimes, 15% regular employee discount. Huge coffee discount, and this is for dunelm bolton, the experience gap is huge when your team is different, but overall the business view and thier policies are amazing.

      Cons

      Tangible future uncertainty as some colleagues are at the same position for years, some team leaders are micromanagers and brings thier own personal problems to work (especially a recent transfer), and the micromanagement kills all your enthusiasm and love for the job, and undermines all the efforts she has not seen.
