Pros
Not many Pros for the company. Generally good coworkers.
Cons
Too many to count. Constant mismanaged projects that get drug out too long. This due to work load and mismanagement. HR is an absolute joke, They are definitely working for the company and will not work in favor of employees even if management is verbally abusive.
