-Poor work life balance -Poor compensation -while the owners buy brand new homes in the pandemic and show off to employees who can't afford their rent. - After a year you only get 5 days off paid, this includes vacation and sick time. -Pay is always under and you work 10 hour shifts and still can barely afford to live. -They DO NOT value any of the staff including doctors. -Regularly belittle the assistants. - Bullying was happening and the owners did nothing -Inappropriate behavior from patients and staff members towards front office staff was not taken seriously, ( brushed off by telling staff they can leave when said patients come in or in terms of the staff member being inappropriate they said that they are just touchy feely) -Constantly micromanaged
